Site Rules:

  • Enjoy your stay!
  • All visitors should please report to reception on arrival.
  • Pitches will be available for tents and touring caravans from 1pm. Please notify reception if expected arrival time is after 6pm.
  • Please have consideration for other visitors and keep noise levels or disturbance to a minimum, particularly between 10pm and 8am.
  • Please drive carefully whilst on the park and do not exceed 5mph.
  • Sorry, no campfires but barbecues are permitted.
  • We welcome pets (maximum 3), but ask that they be kept under control and that dogs be kept on a lead around the park. Owners are responsible for clearing pet fouling. With the exception of assistance dogs, no dogs are allowed in the shower block.
  • Please dispose of all litter appropriately.
  • If feeding the birds, please use appropriate bird food only – no food waste.
  • Please do not feed the ponies.
  • Clothes must be hung out to dry in the designated drying area or caravan window hangers only and not between tents, trees or caravans.
  • Children must not be left unattended at any time and are not permitted to play in or around the shower block or pond.
  • No ball games are permitted on the site.
  • Please do not throw anything into the pond.
  • All chemical toilet waste must be disposed of at the Elsan point. Green toilet chemicals only must be used. Grey water must be disposed of at drainage points.
  • Pitch availability is limited to 14 days maximum unless by prior arrangement.
  • Visitors with tents or touring caravans are required to vacate their pitch by 12 noon on day of departure. Any visitor wishing to extend their stay must inform Reception before midday.
  • Our customers visit our site to enjoy the peace and tranquility. If anyone does not respect this, the site manager and team reserve the right to refuse them admission or ask them to leave the site at any time. If you are asked to leave in these circumstances, no monies will be refunded.

Statics – Conditions of Hire

Site rules apply.

  • A deposit of £50.00 per week is required. The balance for the hire charge is due at least four weeks before the commencement of the holiday. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded provided notification is received more than four weeks before the holiday is due to commence. No refunds of any monies will be made in the event of a cancellation within four weeks of the holiday start date.
  • For mini-breaks, the full holiday cost is required at the time of booking. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made in the event of a cancellation.
  • When a booking is made within four weeks of the day of commencement, the whole hire charge is due and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
  • Arrival time is from 3pm. Please notify us if you expect to arrive later than 6pm.
  • Sub-letting is not permitted.
  • The number of guests in each hire static is restricted to the number of available berths with the exception of children using cots. Each hire static is 4 berths (one double room and one twin).
  • Pets are permitted for a small fee. However, they must not be left unattended or allowed onto the furniture.
  • Every effort is made to ensure that all amenities mentioned within the accommodation are provided and in working order. However, the owners will not be liable for any loss of amenities due to circumstances beyond their control.
  • Guests are requested to notify Reception in the event of breakage or damage to site property. Guests may be charged for any unreasonable damage or breakages. Smoking is not permitted within the accommodation.
  • Guests are requested to vacate the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition.
